Take the booking while they still want it
Most coach operator websites collect enquiries. Yours can quote and confirm on the spot, priced from your own rates.
An enquiry is not a booking. It is a maybe with a delay attached.
Think about what happens after someone fills in a contact form on a coach hire website. They wait. And while they wait, they fill in two more forms on two more websites. The operator who answers first with an actual number is usually the one who gets the job, which means the real competitor is not the other operator's price, it is their response time.
The enquiry form most sites have
- Free-text box: "we need a bus for 40 people on the 14th".
- Email sits in a shared inbox until someone gets to it.
- Someone works out the distance, checks the fleet, prices it by hand.
- Often there is a clarifying question first, so the clock restarts.
- A price goes out hours later. Or on Monday.
Every step is a chance to lose the job.
A Transport Chief storefront
- Customer browses your vehicle classes, with photos, capacity and features.
- Enters real addresses with autocomplete and sees the route on a map.
- Gets a price straight away, from your rate templates.
- Adds optional extras if you offer them, and sees the price update.
- Books. A priced, geocoded booking lands in your system.
You confirm a booking instead of chasing a lead.
Try it right here
This is a real Transport Chief storefront running against a demo operator's fleet and rates. Build a trip, get a price, take it all the way to the booking screen: nothing you do here reaches a real customer or a real coach.
On your own site this sits wherever you want it: embedded in a page, or as a booking page of its own on your domain. It carries your logo, your vehicle photos and your rates.
Automatic pricing, with you still in control
Priced from your templates
The storefront uses the same rate templates as your own quoting. There is no second set of prices to maintain, and no risk of the website quoting something you would not honour.
The server always recalculates
The price shown in the browser is never trusted on submission: the server recomputes the authoritative figure. Nobody is booking a fifty-seater for a dollar by editing the page.
You decide what is bookable
Choose which vehicle classes appear, which extras are offered, and how far ahead people can book. If a job needs a human, it can still arrive as an enquiry.
It is the same booking record
An online booking is not a separate inbox to work through. It lands as a normal booking, ready for the planner, with the client created and the trip already geocoded.
Protected against abuse
Bot protection, rate limiting and per-operator scoping are built in, because a public pricing endpoint that anyone can hammer is a liability.
Works on a phone
Most people planning a trip are doing it on a phone. The storefront is built for that, not shrunk down to fit it.
